Insulin Syringes

These syringes are manufactured of strictly-selected high quality raw material processed on fully automatic machines. Strict quality control and inspection is observed. The manufacturing, testing and sterilization is strictly followed to the international standards and specifications. Extra Thin wall needle is used and it well siliconized to reduce friction (For smooth penetration & withdrawal) and minimal pain.

Graduation scale is available with U-40 and U-100 versions and Also available with detachable needle.

Components:

Barrels is made of nontoxic, clear medical-grade polypropylene compatible with any medication.

Plungers, NEEDLE COVERS and BOTTOM CAPS (Multipack) is made of nontoxic, medical-grade polypropylene compatible with any medication.

NEEDLE is integrated with the barrel.

Gaskets is made of Medical Grade Thermo Plastic Elastomer(TPE) which is chemically inert and compatible with medication for short term contact drug delivery application.

• Packing:

Syringes are individually ribbon packed in a double laminated plastic film of Polyester and LDPE or Blister packed in CPP film with medical grade paper

Insulin syringes are also available in an economy multipack of 10 units in a double-laminated plastic film.

• Precaution:

Before use, check the integrity of tamper-evident, heat-stacked sealing of end-caps with barrel. Before change of Brand/Needle size consult your doctor on usage.

• Warning:

Do not share syringes to avoid cross contamination. Do no attempt to re-sterilise or reuse.
