Auto Disable Syringes

To provide solution for unsafe injection practice arising due to reuse of syringes Iscon Surgicals Limited has come out with new simple yet cost effective design to avoid reuse of the syringe and wastage of medicine. This new improved design ensures once the syringe has been used its plunger gets locked and if any attempt is made to reuse then the plunger component breaks off also the zero dead space feature helps in eliminating any medicine wastage.

COMPONENTS:

• Barrel is made of medical grade polypropylene that is nontoxic & compatible with any medications.

Plunger is made of medical grade polypropylene which is non-toxic and compatible with any medications.

Gaskets are made of natural rubber which is chemically inert and compatible with medication for short term contact drug delivery application.

• Needle Thin wall needle is used and it well siliconized to reduce friction (For smooth penetration & withdrawal).

• Precautions: Before use, check the integrity of the sealing of the pack. Do not push the plunger forward before withdrawing medicament from the vial otherwise plunger will get locked.

UNIT PACK: Syringes are individually ribbon packed in a double laminated plastic film of Polyester and LDPE or Blister packed in CPP film with medical grade paper

SELF PACK: 0.05ml,0.1ml,0.5ml, 2ml, 5ml-100 units & 10ml-50 units are packed in a printed duplex board box.
